A Technical Career Series is an online platform and community where technologists give technical presentations to a diverse audience and learn from each other in a safe space devoted to technical competency, growth and leadership.
A Technical Career Series kicked off on the 25th of January 2020 and till date, we have held a total of 48 technical career series. This series was born out of the founding members’ desire to grow in their technical careers and prepare to become future thought leaders, keynote speakers and technology executives. Areas of technologies we have presented on include Data Science, Data Visualization, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Agile Methodology, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing etc.
We motivate and encourage each other to grow in our technical careers, learn new skills and prepare to become technology leaders. We also invite technology leaders and executives including inventors, principal engineers and directors at technology and wall street companies to give presentations on technology leadership and how to become technology leaders. Asides this, we share relevant information related to technology training, certifications and job openings.
The series provides an opportunity for professionals to learn about ways to use technology to solve the world’s challenges as they grow to become thought leaders, keynote speakers and technology executives.
Members are currently based in North America(US & Canada), UK, Poland, Nigeria & Botswana. We are a group of dedicated,committed and consistent technologists who are focused on technical growth, competency and leadership.
